Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of TEEage (the "Site") and any digital product purchased from it. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

TEEage sells downloadable PDF documents containing an independent analysis of publicly available IGNOU Term-End Exam question papers, including a ranked list of high-probability questions and suggested answer structures.

2. No affiliation with IGNOU

TEEage is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) or any of its schools, regional centres or officials. Course codes and programme names are used only to identify the subject a document relates to.

3. No guarantee of exam outcomes

Our products are probability-based study aids derived from historical data. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that any question in a document will appear in your examination, or that using our material will produce any particular mark, grade or result. You remain responsible for your own preparation.

4. Licence and permitted use

On successful payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased file for your own personal study. You may print one copy for personal use.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, resell or redistribute the file or its download link;
• reproduce substantial parts of the content in any public or commercial material;
• remove watermarks, attribution or copyright notices;
• use automated means to scrape, bulk-download or mirror Site content.

Breach of this clause terminates your licence immediately and may attract action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Download links

Secure download links expire 24 hours after issue. Your entitlement does not expire: you may request a fresh link for 12 months from purchase via the My downloads page using the email address used at checkout.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment of purchase applies to that purchase.

7. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep analyses accurate and current, but syllabi and examination patterns change. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of marks, opportunity or examination attempts.

9. Account-free purchases

Purchases require only an email address. You are responsible for entering a valid address; delivery to a mistyped address is not a ground for refund, though we will help you recover the file.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
