Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data TEEage collects, why, and what control you have over it. We deliberately collect as little as possible.

1. What we collect

• Email address — the one you enter at checkout, used to deliver your download link and to let you recover it later.
• Payment metadata — Razorpay order ID, payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Purchase record — which product you bought and when, so we can re-issue your download.
• Technical data — IP address and request logs, retained briefly for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
• Local storage — your browser stores your own download token so the file stays accessible on that device. This never leaves your device except when you use it to download.

2. What we do not collect

No account passwords. No phone number. No enrolment number. No advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies.

3. Why we process it

To perform the contract you entered into when purchasing (delivering the file), to provide support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — payment processing. Governed by their own privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (your email address and the message content only).
• Cloudflare — hosting, file storage and security for the Site.

We never sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, for any purpose.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase records are retained for up to 13 months to support re-downloads and statutory record-keeping. Rate-limiting logs are discarded within days.

6. Security

Files are stored in private object storage and are never publicly addressable. Downloads are served only against a cryptographically signed, time-limited token. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@teeage.in from the address in question and we will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your purchase record removes your ability to recover past downloads.

8. Children

The Site is intended for learners aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

9. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
