Before you buy
What exactly am I buying?
A PDF containing the high-probability questions for one IGNOU course code and session — each question ranked by how often it has appeared, mapped to the sessions that asked it, with an answer frame. It is a revision aid, not the official study material.
Is this official IGNOU material?
No. TEEage is an independent resource and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by IGNOU. All analysis is our own work based on publicly available past papers.
Will these exact questions come in my exam?
We cannot and will not promise that. What we promise is evidence: each question shows its repeat history so you can see why it is ranked where it is. Historically our list covers roughly 82% of the marks in a paper.
Which languages are the PDFs in?
Each product page shows the medium — English, Hindi, or Bilingual. Bilingual files include both versions in one PDF.
My course code is not listed. Can you add it?
Yes. Message us the code from the Contact page. New analyses are usually published within 72 hours and you get launch pricing.
Payment
What payment methods work?
Everything Razorpay supports: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You only enter an email address so we can send your download link. No password, no sign-up.
Is my payment information safe?
Your card or UPI details never touch our servers. Payments are processed entirely inside Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout, and we only receive a confirmation signature.
Money was deducted but I did not get the PDF. What now?
This is rare and always recoverable. Go to My downloads and enter your email, or contact us with your Razorpay payment ID — we deliver manually within a few hours. You will never lose both the money and the file.
Download & delivery
How fast do I get the file?
Instantly. The download button appears on the same page within seconds of payment confirmation, and a backup link is emailed to you at the same time.
The email did not arrive.
Check spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, the on-site download still works, and you can re-trigger the email from the My downloads page.
My link says expired.
Links are valid for 24 hours for security reasons. Your purchase does not expire — recover a fresh link from My downloads using the email you paid with. This works for 12 months.
Can I download on another device?
Yes. Use the My downloads page on that device and enter your purchase email; fresh links are emailed to you.
Can I print it?
Absolutely. The PDFs are typeset for A4 printing and are equally readable on a phone.
Refunds & usage
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so refunds are not automatic. But if the file is corrupted, is the wrong course code, or does not match what the product page described, we refund in full. See the Refund Policy.
Can I share the PDF with classmates?
Please do not. Each purchase is a single-user licence. Sharing or reselling is a copyright violation and, practically, it is what forces small creators to raise prices.
Do you update the PDFs?
Yes — every exam session the analysis is refreshed with the newest paper. Buyers of a session file get free re-download of that file for 12 months.
